Statistics
The Department of Statistics was established in 2005 at old campus then it has been shifted into newly constructed building of Mathematics at new campus.
The M.Sc. Statistics is a two year programme comprises four semesters. The programme offered has been rated as one of the best programme in the country and has been adopted in other Universities of the country. The Faculty courses represented a balance blend of both theoretical and practical knowledge with a view of feeding a skilled work to meet the modern demands of the country in the field of Statistics. A wide range of optional courses is made available to make the degree more marketable.
