M.Phil.
M.Sc. Physics at least second division
Ph.D.
M.Sc. in Physics at least in second division or have obtained
M.Phil in the relevant field of study. A GRE will be necessary for
admission to M.Phil/Ph.D programme.

MPhil Scholars will select the courses
up to 24 credits relevant to specialization with the approval of
Supervisory Committee. The courses offered by department are subject
to the availability of the teaching staff and laboratory facilities
from the following list of courses:
12 credit hour’s courses/semester in two semesters. He/she
will take one credit of reading and conference with his/her thesis
supervisor. Remaining 26 credit hours are assigned to the thesis
work to be done by the scholar under the supervision of appointed
supervisor from among the faculty members of Physics Department.
